1) throws all the work to you when its obviously work which i cant do finish cos i cant do his/her side of the work
2) ignores all your urgent smses which say "PLEASE REPLY BACK ASAP"
3) daos you or pretends to go offline on msn when you approach him/her

IS FREAKING IRRESPONSIBLE?
